Pedigree Ski Shop strives to provide the most accurate information on our website.  The information provided is for our customers convenience only and Pedigree expresses no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information.  The data on this site may contain errors regarding description, pricing and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel an order if the information or price is wrong due to typographical error.  

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders will be shipped within 24 business hours of being placed, but some do take longer to process.  As we cannot guarantee same day shipping you will need to contact us (914-948-2995) if you need special assistance.

Pedigree Ski Shop ships by UPS and USPS at our discretion.  If you have a preferred method of shipping, please let us know and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.

 

WHAT IF I REQUEST AN IN-STORE PICKUP?

After your order is placed, we will email you when the order is ready to be picked up at the requested location.

 

THE FOLLOWING SHIP TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY:

UPS Ground:  3-7 business days - not counting order day

UPS 3-Day: 3 business days - not counting order day

UPS 2-Day:  2 business days - not counting order day

UPS Next Day:  next business day - not counting order day

*ALL deliveries are made Monday through Friday

FREE Ground shipping is applied to all orders $75 and over.  

 

ANY ORDER $500 AND OVER WILL BE SENT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

 

DOES PEDIGREE SKI SHOP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

 

DOES PEDIGREE SKI SHOP PRICE MATCH?

No, we do not price match

 

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED YET?

If we encounter any problems with your order, we will put the order on hold.  The most common problems relate to the billing and shipping addresses.  Pedigree does not accept credit cards issued outside of the U.S.  If a problem arises, we will try and contact you immediately.  If, after several attempts we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.  A new order can always be placed with the correct information.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible.  If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will make every effort to accommodate you, but once the order has been packed for shipment we cannot make any changes.

 

ANY ORDER PLACED ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
