In that case, we can do a refund or an exchange for you within 30 days of purchase.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible
- Include your receipt or email confirmation. (We cannot process your refund or exchange if we don’t know who you are.)
- If you would like an exchange, please specify the name, size and color of the item you want.

How does the refund work?
You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been applied to the original form of payment once we receive the returned merchandise.
*Please note that your credit card company may take up to an additional 15 business days to post the refund to your account.
Purchases and returns will show on your credit card statement as Pedigree Ski 44 Board.
Return Policy: Online Purchases
At Pedigree Ski Shop your complete satisfaction is important to us. Any unused and unaltered item purchased from our online store may be returned for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be returned in original condition and include all original tags and product packaging. (Excluding any shipping cartons and packaging materials used therein.) Please note that Pedigree Ski Shop reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise.
Pedigree does not pay for the shipping of returned items.
